REGULAR SEASON GAMES: Will be played at Valley
Forge High School

MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PRACTICES: No more than four
(4) practices can be held on a weekly basis. Any team
meeting or film session constitutes a team practice

MINIMUM NUMBER OF PRACTICES: In order for a player
to participate in Sundays game he should practice a minimum
of two (2) practices that week.

TIME LENGTH OF PRACTICES: May not exceed two (2)
hours

SCRIMMAGE GAMES: There will be no more than one (1)
scrimmage per team per week.

MINIMUM NUMBER OF PLAYS FOR PARTICIPANT: Each
player must play in a minimum of eleven (11) plays. Kicking
and punt plays do not count as a play

WEIGHT LIMITS: A minimum of seventy (70) pounds, a
maximum of one hundred & thirty five (135) pounds in order for
a player to be eligible to participate

WEIGH IN DATES: There will be a pre-season and mid-
season weigh in, with specific dates forthcoming.

ISSUED EQUIPMENT: Any and all equipment distributed
through the league is the responsibility of the participant. It
must be returned to said league in
acceptable condition at
season end. A fee of $300 will be charge if not returned.

FORMATION OF TEAMS: The league will attempt to place
participants in geographical location according to location of
practices sites and home residence
.

GAME DAY - FIELD OF PLAY: There will be NO DOGS
allowed at any time at any scheduled games.
NO BIKE
RIDING OR SKATEBOARDING
within fenced area. All
spectators will be limited to the bleachers and track only.
This
will be strictly enforced due to city ordinance.

COACHES AND PLAYERS CONDUCT: All coaches and
players must conduct themselves in a manner which is
reflective of the leagues philosophy at all times

PARENTS AND OR GUARDIANS ARE RECOMMENDED
TO HAVE PARTICIPANTS HAVE A MEDICAL
EXAMINATION OR SPORTS PHYSICAL PRIOR TO
PARTICIPATION, SINCE SUCH PARTICIPATION MAY
INVOLVE RIGOROUS PHYSICAL EXERTION AND
CONTACT WITH OTHER PARTICIPANTS.
